Set it up in a minute

ChatGPT or Claude

Add HandlePilot as a custom connector with the URL https://app.handlepilot.com/mcp.

Open chatgpt.com/plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server. Name it HandlePilot, paste the URL under Connection, choose OAuth for authentication, confirm the warning and select Create as a plugin.

Your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings decide whether you can add custom MCP servers.
Sign in to HandlePilot and press Allow. That is the only time you see it. No token to copy.
Ask. In ChatGPT, type @ and pick HandlePilot; in Claude, turn it on under + → Connectors.

Claude Code, Codex or Cursor

Create a token. Sign in and open Connect AI. The token is shown once; it starts with hp_.

Add HandlePilot to your agent.

Add --scope user to use it in every project. Type /mcp in Claude Code to check it is connected. No token at all: leave out --header, then choose Authenticate under /mcp and allow it in your browser.

Free and paid plans

Every account starts free: sign in once, connect your agent, and it can work right away. Your agent sees every tool; when one needs the paid plan, or a free allowance runs out, it tells you what that tool would do. Upgrade in the app and the same connection keeps working. Pro is $50 a month; Studio is $200 a month with six times Pro’s allowances. Prices exclude tax. Cancel anytime.

Free allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC); paid ones when your subscription renews. Your usage is on the Connect AI page, and everything already in HandlePilot stays readable when a limit is reached.

Your data

A token or a connected app reaches every workspace you manage, with the same rights as you in the app. Revoke a token or disconnect an app on Connect AI at any time: a token stops working at once, an app within a minute. HandlePilot stores only hashes of them.
Chat apps never get the tools that upload files from a computer; those are for agents on your computer.
What a tool returns is read by your agent's AI provider (OpenAI for ChatGPT and Codex, Anthropic for Claude and Claude Code, or whichever model Cursor uses), under your agreement with them.
Watching a video sends that video to Google's Gemini model to produce the breakdown; watches of public posts are cached for everyone, watches of your own assets only for you.
Public Instagram data is fetched on demand through HandlePilot's data service. Nothing is posted to Instagram through your agent.
