FIVE STYLES, ONE VOICE
Each one opens a different way. Copy the one that sounds most like you, or mix their lines.
THE RECIPE
A bio has a second or two to tell the right person they’re in the right place, and what to do next.
In your audience’s words, not your job title.
Short home strength workouts for busy moms

It sits above your bio and Instagram search reads it, so put the words people search for next to your name: “Maya | Strength coach for moms”. Every suggested bio above comes with a name to match.

HOW TO CHANGE IT
Copy a bio here: its line breaks come with it.
Go to your profile in the Instagram app and tap Edit profile.
Tap Bio and paste the bio you copied here. The line breaks stay.
Tap Name on the same screen and paste its matching name field. Then save.
It learns how you talk from your own reels and captions, then writes your scripts, captions and carousels in that same voice.
150 characters, says Instagram’s Help Center. Instagram doesn’t say how it counts emojis, so this generator counts the strict way: most emojis as two characters, spaces and line breaks as one. It errs on the safe side.
Who it’s for and what they get, one real reason to trust you, a line of personality, and one next step that points at your link or asks for a DM keyword. Put the words people search for in your name field too.
Yes. Add your @handle and this generator reads your public profile and recent captions, then writes five bios in the way you already write. You can also describe yourself in a sentence instead. Treat them as drafts and change any word you wouldn’t say.
Because a bio can open in more than one good way: with your promise, your proof, your personality, in a few words, or with the problem your audience feels. Seeing them side by side makes it easier to pick the one that sounds like you, or to mix lines from two.
Instagram says its search matches what people type against usernames, bios, captions, hashtags and places, and advises a fitting handle and profile name and relevant keywords in your bio.
Up to five, under Edit profile, then Links, in the Instagram app.
Copy a bio from this page: the line breaks are part of the text you copy. Paste it into Edit profile, then Bio.
It’s free, with no sign-up, for 5 runs a day. We don’t store your brief, your bios, your handle or your photo. With a handle, we read the public profile once, when you ask.
Yes. The bios come back in the language you write in, or the one your captions are in.
